Challenge: P2 Automation was contracted to analyze the pros and cons of developing a simple system for various doctor’s offices to use for entering their bills versus an off-the-shelf add-on module, which offered more functionality than required by the doctor’s offices and at a substantially higher fee than they were willing to spend.
   
Solution: P2 Automation developed an Offline Accounts Payable Entry System built on Microsoft Access / SQL Server on a Citrix platform which is now used at 50+ locations in CT and NY. This simple, user-friendly system is used to enter bills, submit these bills directly into a Great Plains accounting system for payment processing, and report on the payment status of each expense.
