Instead, they have opted for a tailored Power App called CRMPlus365 that suits their specific needs. Despite this unconventional setup, the client successfully tracks and qualifies leads, recognizing that each lead holds the potential to evolve into a Customer.

The thoroughness of their tracking extends all the way through to their ERP system, where source codes are applied to orders.
